Upland House Lake Winni
This project’s scope involved an extensive top-to-bottom remodel and furnishing. PSID was deeply involved throughout all phases from initial conception and space planning to construction oversight and procurement of all materials. The Upland House is a unique, dome style home in the lakes region of New Hampshire. Boasting a picture-perfect view of the mountains south of Lake Winnipesaukee, the home was in desire need of updates. After being built in the early 1980s, the home had not been updated much. PSID embarked on a complete renovation of the home, including a new kitchen, two bathrooms and a new outdoor entertaining space.
While the lake is a big draw for visits to this second home, it will be visited in each season, so it was important to have a balanced aesthetic. While nodding a cap to the lake, the home is designed to be comfortable year-round. Outfitted with both vintage and bespoke furnishings, always with a focus on natural and durable materials, the home now functions as a basecamp for all seasons.
